Dr. Robert J. Herrod

Dr. Robert J. Herrod is dedicated to providing exceptional oral and maxillofacial surgical care with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. He takes the time to ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their treatment.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame, followed by a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Rush University. He then received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry before completing a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center and the VA Medical Center in New Jersey, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Herrod is trained in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, corrective jaw surgery, TMJ disorders, greffe osseuse, anesthesia, facial trauma, and head and neck pathology.

Outside the office, Dr. Herrod enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf, and playing the guitar. He is proud to serve the Treasure Coast community with skilled, compassionate care.
