Meet Dr. Kogan
Dr. Mark Kogan is a board-certified, dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon known for providing compassionate, patient-focused care using the latest surgical techniques. He emphasizes patient education and individualized treatment planning to ensure comfort and confidence throughout the surgical experience.
Dr. Kogan earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, with a minor in Psychology, from Rutgers University. He went on to graduate summa cum laude from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, where he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society.
He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he also earned his Doctor of Medicine (DMD) from New Jersey Medical School and served as Chief Resident in his final year. During his training, Dr. Kogan gained extensive experience in cutting-edge technologies including virtual surgical planning and 3D imaging, and he contributed to global surgical missions focused on cleft repair.
